Who am I to share this with you?
My name is Rhiannan Morgan, but everyone calls me Rhi. I’m a mum of four and I wasn’t diagnosed with ADHD until I was 40. For most of my life, I just thought I was disorganised, chaotic, forgetful, easily overwhelmed, or somehow not quite managing life the way other people seemed to.
I now know that none of that was a character flaw. It was ADHD I didn’t realise I had.
Once I began to understand how ADHD actually shows up in women, everything clicked. The procrastination. The burnout. The masking. The perfectionism. The constant feeling of running to catch up. The sense that life felt harder than it looked for others, even though I was trying so incredibly hard to hold everything together.
Learning the signs changed everything for me.
And now I share this work because I want you to have that moment of clarity too.
