Feel like you're always running to catch up?

The ADHD-friendly weekly planning system for mums who are tired of spinning plates, forgetting school bits and starting Monday already behind.

You're not lazy, failing or broken. You're carrying far too much in your head. This system helps you empty it into a weekly plan you can actually follow.

Use the printable PDF, the free Notion planner, or both, whatever suits your brain

Where shall I send your Organised Weekly Planning System?

No spam and no pressure. Just your planner and my honest organised-life bits. Unsubscribe whenever you like.

This is where we stop making your brain responsible for remembering every school date, every meal, every appointment and every tiny family detail. This is where you start relying on a system that supports you instead.

If your week feels like constant firefighting, you're not the problem

The PE kit you remember at 11pm.

The message you meant to reply to four days ago.

The appointment letter still sitting on the side. The dress-up day nobody mentioned until this morning.

You're not disorganised. You're the family's hard drive, and you've run out of space

Hi! I’m Rhiannan Morgan (but everyone calls me Rhi 😊)

I’m a neurodivergent mum with ADHD (which I wasn’t diagnosed with until age 40 - and suddenly my whole life made sense!) raising four amazing children with autism, while juggling work, home life, appointments, routines, school chaos, and approximately a million tabs open in my brain at all times.

For years, I searched for the “perfect” planning system. I tried beautiful planners, complicated routines, colour coding, productivity hacks… but most systems either overwhelmed me, took too much time to maintain, or completely fell apart the second real life happened.

So if you've got a half-used planner in a drawer somewhere, that wasn't you failing. That planner just needed a version of you that doesn't exist in real family life.

And you don't have to be consistent for this to work. It's built for the messy weeks too, because those are the weeks I built it in.

That’s why I created the Organised Weekly Planning System.

It’s a simple step-by-step weekly reset that helps me clear my head, organise the chaos, plan realistically, and set my family up for a calmer, smoother week ahead - whether I’m using my printable planner pages, the digital Notion version, or a mix of both.

Why this works (when other systems don’t)

  • ADHD-friendly – one clear flow, no overwhelm

  • Fast & forgiving – 20 minutes a week, progress over perfection

  • All-in-one – meals, priorities, and family schedules in one plan

  • Built to survive a bad week – pick it up again whenever, no catching up required

In about twenty minutes you'll have the whole week out of your head and onto one page. Here's what walks you through it.

📥 What You’ll Get Inside The Printable Guide:

  • The full step-by-step checklist – every action laid out clearly so you don’t miss a thing, so you're never staring at a blank page wondering where to start.

  • Reflection prompts – to capture wins, lessons, and gratitude from last week so a rubbish week gets closed off properly instead of following you into the next one.

  • Looking ahead guidance – set intentions, routines, and habits that support you this week so Monday stops being a surprise.

  • Meal planning prompts – link your meals to your actual family schedule (not wishful thinking)

  • Priority-setting flow – including top 3 priorities for each day

  • Time blocking cues – with buffers, rest, and family time built in so the plan survives one thing going wrong.

  • Mindset reminders – affirmations and a ta-da list to keep you focused and positive

✨ Prefer Digital Planning? I’ve Got You.

Alongside the printable PDF system, you’ll also get access to my completely free Organised Weekly Planning System inside Notion.

That means you can:

✔ Plan your week digitally
✔ Access your planner on desktop or phone
✔ Use the built-in MAPS weekly reset system
✔ Duplicate the planner into your own free Notion account
✔ Start planning in minutes - even if you’ve never used Notion before

And don’t worry - I’ve also created a full beginner-friendly tutorial showing you exactly how to install and use it step-by-step.

If Notion really isn't your thing, the printable works perfectly on its own. You're not signing up to learn new software.

Are you ready to take charge of your week instead of letting it run you?

Pop your email in and I'll send it straight over.

Don't close the next page though, because there's something on it I really want you to see.
