The important small print

Privacy Policy

How I look after your information, in plain English. No jargon, no surprises.

Rhi, smiling

The short version

I never sell your information

I only collect what I need to send you freebies, run the clubs and deliver what you've bought.

Leave my emails anytime

Every email has an unsubscribe link. One click and you're off the list, no hard feelings.

Just ask

Want a copy of your data, or want it deleted? Email me and I'll sort it within a month.

Who I am

This policy explains what personal information I collect when you visit my websites, sign up for a freebie, join one of my clubs or buy from my shop, and what I do with it.

Your information is looked after by Rhiannan Morgan, a business based in Wales, UK. That means I'm responsible for it.

  • Email: [email protected]
  • Post: Rhiannan Morgan, Unit 016403, Courier Point, 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Poole, Dorset, BH16 6FH, UK

This policy covers rhiannanmorgan.com, mummyoffour.com, organisedlifeclub.com, Organised Life Club, Magical Adventures Club, VIP Inner Circle, my community, my emails and my shop.

What I collect

  • Contact details you give me, usually your name and email address when you download a freebie, join a waitlist, sign up to an event or get in touch. Some forms may also ask for your birthday month or a message.
  • Membership and purchase details: what you've joined or bought, your plan, payment dates and your login. Card details are handled by the payment provider. I never see or store your full card number.
  • Delivery details (name and postal address) if you order a physical product from my shop.
  • Community content: your profile, posts, comments and messages inside my community. Posts can be seen by other members of that space.
  • Messages you send me by email, through my website or by Instagram DM (including automated replies when you comment a keyword).
  • Technical and usage information: your IP address, device and browser, pages you visit, and whether you open or click my emails.

Information about health and your family. I never ask you to tell me about diagnoses, ADHD, autism or your children's needs. If you choose to share this in the community or a message, I'll only use it to support you and run the community, and you can ask me to remove it at any time. Please avoid sharing details that could identify your children.

How I use it, and why I'm allowed to

UK data protection law says I need a lawful reason (a "lawful basis") for each use.

  • Contract: giving you access to a club, course, planner or event you've joined or bought, taking payment and sending account emails (receipts, login details, renewal reminders).
  • Consent: sending you freebies and my emails, if you signed up for them.
  • Legitimate interests: emailing existing customers about similar products, running and improving my business, keeping the site secure, and understanding which content and emails help people.
  • Your explicit consent: any health or family information you choose to share.
  • Legal obligation: keeping financial records for HMRC.

I don't sell your information, and I don't use it to make automated decisions about you.

Emails

When you sign up for a freebie, waitlist or event, you're also agreeing to get my emails (usually every few days) with tips, ideas and offers for my clubs and products. Every sign-up form says this.

Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can leave whenever you like with one click. If you unsubscribe, I'll still send essential account emails (like receipts) if you're a member or customer.

I may remove people who haven't opened my emails for a long time, so I'm not filling inboxes that don't want me.

Who I share it with

I use trusted services to run my business. They only use your information to provide their service to me, under data protection agreements.

  • Kajabi (USA): website, memberships, community, checkout and emails
  • Kajabi Payments (Stripe) and PayPal (USA / UK): taking payments
  • Shopify (Canada / USA): my online shop
  • Lulu (USA): printing and posting physical orders
  • MailerLite (EU): email list
  • ManyChat (USA): automated Instagram DM replies
  • Zapier (USA): connecting my tools so details reach the right place
  • Meta (USA): Instagram and Facebook ads, and the Meta Pixel (only with your cookie consent)
  • Google (USA): Google Analytics (only with your cookie consent)

I'll also share information if the law requires it, for example with HMRC.

Transfers outside the UK. Some of these services store data outside the UK. When they do, it's protected by approved safeguards, such as the UK-US Data Bridge or the UK's International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.

Cookies

Cookies are small files saved on your device. My site uses essential cookies so you can log in, stay logged in and check out. These don't need your consent.

With your permission, I also use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to see how people find my site and which ads work. These are only set if you say yes in the cookie banner, and you can change your mind at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How long I keep it, and keeping it safe

  • Email list details: until you unsubscribe, or I remove inactive subscribers.
  • Membership account and community posts: while you're a member, then up to 2 years after you leave, unless you ask me to delete it sooner.
  • Purchase and payment records: 6 years, because HMRC requires it.
  • Messages and enquiries: up to 2 years.

I use secure, password-protected services, limit who can see your information, and only collect what I need.

Your rights

You can ask me to:

  • give you a copy of the information I hold about you
  • correct anything that's wrong
  • delete your information
  • limit or stop how I use it (including stopping marketing emails at any time)
  • send your information to you or another service in a usable format
  • withdraw any consent you've given

Just email [email protected]. There's no charge, and I'll reply within one month. I may need to check it's really you first.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, please tell me first at [email protected], in whatever words feel natural. I'll acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and let you know what I'm doing about it.

If you're still not happy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.

Children

My clubs, shop and community are for adults (18 and over). I don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If I make important changes, I'll update this page and let members know.
